Qualification:
Male, not more than 45n years old; must be a Licensed Civil Engineer with at least ten (10) years experience in various horizontal and vertical construction development works; 5 years of which are in Managerial capacity; computer literate; preferably with auto cad knowledge and experience; proficient in oral and written communications; know how to drive and has a driver's license; someone who can work independently and has very good interpersonal skills.
