- At least 2 years involved in renovations, fit-out works of building & residential interiors, repairs & maintenance of home & building structures.
- Experiences in the following fields are an advantage: project mgt., project documentation, construction admin & design work.
- Result oriented, honest & a team worker with high leadership quality
- Must be proficient in oral & written communication
- Knowledgeable in AutoCad, MS office & other related software/program
-with driver's license.
