Sales and Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

• The Sales & Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, planning and implementing sales and marketing strategies and programs in order to meet company's targets for retention, growth and profitability.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Management / Sales & Marketing or equivalent.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office Applications such as Word, Excel and Powerpoint and Internet savy.
• At least three (3) years of working experience in the same position or as an assistant manager is required for this position.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and able to deal with people from various cultures coming from various corporate levels with the ability to build connected relationships, teamwork and business partnerships.
• Excellent organizational, project management skills, problem solving, collaborative and team leadership skills.
• Ability to deal with organizational processes, customer service focused and results oriented.
