Vacancies: 

1. - Logistics Clerk -Davao City RESPONSIBILITIES: • Accurate, complete & timely receiving, preparation, delivery, withdrawal & transfer of stocks. • Assist sales representative during delivery. • Ensures proper custody and storage of stocks. • Ensures safety and security of stocks, equipment and other company property and products. • Active participation during scheduled inventory; accurate, complete and timely inventory of items. • Proper and timely cleaning of the area and arranging of all the equipment and items available in an organize manner. • Performs other related functions as may be assigned by the immediate superior. Other Duties • Strict compliance to all company policies and procedures, rules and regulations. • Proper and effective utilization of company resources. • Strong coordination with other staff. Specific: • Assist the Logistics Head • Arrange merchandises. • Answering business calls • Do inventory • Help her superior to assist on maintenance of the warehouse and warehouse’ office cleanliness and beautification • Familiarization of the products • Responsible to give the customers good quality service Skills and Competencies: • Ability to operate all equipment necessary to perform the job such as computers, fax machines and telephone. • Knowledge in quickbooks is an advantage. • Has an above skills in operating Microsoft office icons such as excel and word • Ability to communicate with colleagues and customers • Ability to read, count, and write to accurately complete all documentation. 2. - Medical Sales Representative - Gensan Qualifications : • Male/Female, not more than 36 years of age • Graduate of any four-year course preferably marketing or medical technology course • Preferably with work experience in Laboratory/Diagnostics or Medical Field • Excellent communication skill • With pleasing personality Duties and Responsibilities of Medical Sales Representative • Effectively implements marketing programs to target customers. • Regularly visits target customers for product detailing and rapport building. • Regularly achieves sales target set by the company within a specified budget. • Company's Representative to all the customers in their respective territory. • Utilize complete sales process. • Work closely with Sales Manager, Service Engineers and Product Specialist to report customer's feedback. • Effectively grow business and build networks for territory development. • Responsible for account management and maintenance issues within the territories such as creating demands. • Collection of Accounts Receivables Location: General Santos City - Davao Salary: negotiable depending on qualifications and experience Date: 11 February 2015

3. - Company Driver -Keeps the assigned vehicle(s) clean inside and out. -Delivery stocks in different clients within Mindanao Area. -To take an extra care in delivering stocks without damage and breakage due to transportation transfer. -Maintains accurate, up-to-date records on vehicle maintenance, fuel purchases, incident reports, accident reports, vehicle condition reports and other records that are requested from management; -Performs minor maintenance tasks on assigned vehicle(s) -Knows how to Drive a motorcycle and 4 wheels. -Preferably not more than 35 years of age. -with Driver's License (Res. 1,2 & 3).
