MacPlas is in immediate need of Research Assistant, Accounts Receivable Coordinator, & HR Officer



RESEARCH ASSISTANT

• Candidate must be a graduate of BS Agriculture major in ENTOMOLOGY/CROP PROTECTION
• Must be proficient in MS Applications
• Preferably has prior experience in conducting research activities
• Must have good oral and written communication skills
• Knows how to drive 2-wheel/4-wheel vehicles
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE COORDINATOR
Duties and Responsibilities

1. Ensure that accounts receivable processes are conducted in accordance to generally accepted accounting principles
2. Manage and balance customer accounts
3. Ensure that fees and costs are properly distributed and invoiced in a timely manner
4. Assists with miscellaneous reporting on A/R functions to assist with analyzing efficiency and accuracy of processes.

Qualifications:

• Candidate may be a graduate of any Accounting course
• Must have at least one year relevant experience
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be proficient in MS Applications
• Customer-focused, detail oriented and a team player
• Knowledge in our products and processes is an advantage

HR Officer

• Candidate must be a graduate of Industrial Engineering
• Preferably with a relevant background on Human Resource (handling Innovation, Incentive Program and Compensation Planning)
• Must have good oral and written communication skills
• Must be proficient in MS Applications
• Must have the ability to interact with employees at all levels in the organization
