Vacancies: 

Project Administrative Officer
 
Supervises the Administrative and Timekeeping personnel. Manage the overall implementation of the company policies and smooth flow of support services in the project site. Represent the company in the processing of required permits and certifications.


Qualifications:
- Graduate of Business course or in any related course.
- Male not more than 35 years old.
- At least 1 year experience as Administrative Officer in construction company.
- Trainings required (but not as a condition for hiring): 1.) Job Orientation 2.) ISO/QMS Orientation 3.)

Competencies Required:
- In depth knowledge of all company policies, code of proper conduct and discipline and its enforcement.
- In depth knowledge of administrative works.
- Computer literate.
- Skilled in permits and clearance acquisition.
- Ability to establish strong professional relationship government agencies.
- Supervisory skills.
- Good communication and written skills.
- Coordination
- Problem solving and decision making skills.
- Understanding of safety rules.

Timekeeper Jr.
 
In charge of updating and processing of timekeeping, manpower movement and policy enforcement.

Qualifications:
- College Graduate

- With 1 year relevant work experience, must be computer literate, must have keen attention to details, average written and verbal communication skills.
- Trainings required (but not as a condition for hiring): 1.) Job Orientation 2.) ISO/QMS Orientation 3.)Required trainings in Safety 4.) QWS

Competencies required:
- Knowledgeable in timekeeping.
- Ability to monitor Appointment and Termination papers.
- Ability to enforce company policies.
- Good communication and written skills.
