Responsibilities: Performs technical support via phone, ticket/email and chat related (but not limited to) setup of Managed Service Providers, Information security and other security services; performs escalation of issues that are "out-of-scope" following established procedures and guidelines; ensures availability of data and adherence to reportorial requirements.  May conduct online demo of managed software. Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent. At least 6months experience as a TSR performing Windows server maintenance and remote server management Strong knowledge of computer programming language, security, server installations and maintenance. Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Technical & Helpdesk Support or equivalent. Must have experience in software management, SSIS and SQL Knowledge on servers, networking, Windows applications, Microsoft applications Must have Data feed/import experience using http, atom feed, xml, and sql programming languages Excellent English communication & Telephone skills Qualified candidates must be able to start on January 2014 Full-Time position(s) available.
