• Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Entrepreneurship and other business courses
• Not more than 35 years old
• With at least 2 years professional experience in similar field
• Ability to work under pressure to meet objectives
• Ability to understand operational processes and implement improvements
• Must be detail oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
• Result oriented
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• A team player
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
