Qualifications:
-Graduate of Business or Accounting related courses
-Preferably with experience in banking, finance, marketing and/or customer service

TELLERS

Qualifications:
-Male/Female,20-­‐26years old
-Graduate of Accounting, Management Accounting, Finance, Commerce, and other related courses
-Trained on basic knowledge on policies, rules, and regulations governing different areas of banking transactions
-Minimum of 1 year experience as branch teller or equivalent job
-Vibrant and pleasing personality
-Considerable knowledge on office support operations and modern office practices
-Good in communication skills both in oral and writing
-Excellent personal skills
-Ability to maintain confidentiality
-Very good in prioritizing and proceed with specific objectives under moderate supervision to use personal initiative and independent judgment
-Organized, detail-­‐oriented; should have common-­‐ sense
-Passed the BSP orientation seminar on counterfeited items
-Willing to work overtime, holidays, and week ends.
-Willing to be assigned in other branches within Mindanao and Visayas


ACCOUNT OFFICERS

Qualifications:
-Male and not more than 25 years old.
-Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Accountancy, Commerce or any related courses
-Assertive, analytical and result oriented
-With strong marketing & interpersonal skills
-Good in oral and written communication
-Willing to travel and be assigned in other areas of operation in Mindanao and Visayas
-Has willingness and ability to work efficiently in a team environment.
-Work experience with financial institution, an advantage and must have a valid driver’s license: code 1-2
