Responsibilities:
- To work in a fast-paced, structured call center environment
- To execute lead generation initiatives thru external and online job ads
- To be in charge of call-outs and phone screening
- To make job ads active online
- To assist in maintaining recruitment files updated and in proper order
Requirements:
- Must be at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Commerce, Psychology or equivalent.
- Must have excellent English communication skills
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office programs
- Knowledge on how to use photoshop softwares is a plus
- Experience in recruitment and sourcing is preferred
- Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
