Qualifications:
• Graduate of Civil Engineering; must be licensed and not more than 35 years of age
• Must have at least 1-4 years experience in land development projects, building constrcution preferrably from the real estate and or construction industry
• Above average analytical and planning skills
• Able to supervise and manage projects effectively & efficiently
• Willing to be assigned in Davao
• Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status. 

Primarily responsible for overseeing the civil and structural works, ensuring that work implemented is within project schedule and according to quality standards.
