THE JOB: To be assigned at Suzuki Davao branch, the position is responsible for implementing field service activities for motorcycle dealers within Mindanao region; evaluates vehicle warranty claims from dealers and coordinates service-related concerns for immediate resolution; conducts orientation to dealership personnel on Suzuki service policies and procedures and provides service networks with regular bulletin updates
Qualifications:
- Must have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering;
- related work experience from automotive industry or auto dealership is preferred;
- should have at least a basic knowledge of engine mechanic or vehicle repair;
- willing to conduct field service activities;
- fresh graduates of Mechanical Engineering with good academic background are highly encouraged to apply (necessary technical training shall be provided);
- knowledge of motorcycle or an experienced rider is a definite advantage;
- strictly must be a licensed and experienced 4-wheel driver.
