Checks and ensures that the products produced are safe and in good quality
Conducts physico-chemical analysis
Collects and submits samples for micro laboratory
Qualification:
Male/Female
Graduate of Food Technology/ Microbiology
Knowledge in laboratory analysis
Knowlwdge in GMP/ HACCP/ SSOP
With or without experience in food industry
Can work with less supervision
