Hiring Details:

Human Resource Manager

• Graduate of Behavioral Science, has at least 3 years experience in HR/Admin
• Possess a strong bias for action and a keen sense of urgency
• Ability to analyze organizational behavior as well as human behavioral characteristics and motivations
• Self confident and professionally tactful to be able to stand your ground and convictions in the face of opposing opinions
• Interested in continuous learning
• Display leadership qualities and behaviors
• Strong analytical abilities and skills for rationalizing business concepts
• responsible for manpower recruitment of Different department, from preparing recruitment advertisement and Sourcing employee from different Placement consultant to final selection.
• Manpower planning, Performance Appraisal, Training, Formulation and Implementation of HR policies, Exposure to function of Human Resource Department and have good communication skill.

Supervisor

• Graduate of any Business related course
• with supervisory or managerial skills
• with at least 1 year work experience in handling people
• and with strong interpersonal & leadership skills.

Accounting Staff

• Graduate of B.S Accountancy
• female or male
• with good interpersonal skills
• with work experience is an advantage
• willing to be assigned anywhere in Mindanao

Marketing Officer

• Graduates of Business courses (Business Administration, Management, Marketing etc)
• Willing to travel
• Pleasing personality
• Can start asap

IT Specialist

• Male or Female
• IT Graduate or any computer-related course
• Willing to work overtime
• Pref with experience in Programming but fresh grads are welcome to apply
• knows how to fix hardware parts of the computer
• Pref can start immediately

Driver — Has driver’s license and driving skills, trust worthy
