Performs general preventive maintenance work of facilities, buildings, grounds and equipment at various sites or areas including, electrical, carpentry, plumbing and other tasks.

Qualifications:
Preferably graduate of Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with or without professional license or a graduate Vocational preferably in Refrigeration and Air- conditioning, Building Electrician and related course
At least 6 months work experience in the related field of work
