Human Resource Officer, Human Resource Assistant and Outbound Customer Service Representatives

Global Connect eSolutions, a Davao-based call center is in need of:

Human Resource Officer (1)

Job Summary: To lead a team of HR Staffs involved in recruitment, selection & placement, compensation and benefits, and employee relations to meet the manpower requirements of the organization, to administer the compensation and benefits of the employees, to enforce company’s disciplinary management system, to maintain organizational effectiveness through a healthy climate, and to administer company’s career development and performance evaluation.

Qualifications:

• Male or Female, 25-35 years old
• Graduate of any 4-Year College Degree Course preferably in the areas of the Behavioral and Social Sciences.
• With at least 2 years experience in HR functions such as Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits Administration, Employee Relations and other similar functions; one (1) year of which in a supervisory/officer level

(1) Human Resource Assistant.

Responsibilities: Assists in recruitment functions of the Human Resources Department through effective sourcing, selection, and placement in order to deliver manpower requirements within expected time frame and ensure that employee competency levels are at par with the Organization’s needs.

Qualifications:

• Male or Female, 20-35 years old
• Graduate of any 4-year course preferably in the areas of Behavioral and Social Sciences
• Strong command in English communication skill both Written and Oral
• Willing to work on graveyard shift, weekends, or holidays
• With at least 1-year experience in HR-Recruitment, preferably from a call center industry.
• Proficient with Microsoft Software Applications

Outbound Customer Service Representatives

• 18 years old and above
• At least 2nd year College
• With good multi-tasking ability
• Good Command in English, both Written and Oral
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, holidays and weekends
