• Communicate throughout the day with Front Office and other departments to ensure total guest satisfaction.
• Produce schedules for employees in accordance with staffing guides/productivity requirements. Review and adjust staffing daily to ensure optimum staffing levels. Review assignments of employees and make adjustments.
• Motivate and direct the Housekeeping team to ensure consistent and outstanding productivity in turndown, guest room and public area services.
• Train and counsel staff in duties and policies.
• Complete financial management tasks, such as setting and adhering to a budget.
• Providing guest assistance and satisfaction; and completing all necessary administrative duties and reports.
• Performs other functions as directed by the management.

Monitoring Technician

The system we will use is called nanacast.com and we will offer a set-up and monthly maintenance package to our clients who use these systems.
I am looking for someone who:
- Has a good understanding of customizing "out of the box software." They don't have to be a programmer but should think more as a strategist knowing what components of the system should be used for a client and which ones should not be used based on the client's needs. They will be trained on everything so they should be able to choose which areas are needed and when.
- Knows how to use Aweber and Paypal

- Understands marketing. If they are presented with a client's entire product range they could make recommendations on how to package the products for upselling opportunities.
