Procurement Engineer (Davao)

Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a - Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering 
- Proficient in the use of MS Office applications 
- Knowledge in the procurement of electrical and mechanical equipment is preferred 
- Extensive work experience in the same field in large scale projects/multi-cultural organization

Nature of Work:

- Acquisition of competitive quotations on the most favourable credit terms from suppliers in accordance with the company’s policy and procedures 
- Ensure that suppliers comply with the parameters of the Supply Agreement, and execute delivery in accordance with the agreement and within programme 
- Preparation of letter of credit 
- Process purchase order 
- Raise Purchase Order for Head Office supplier and obtain approvals up to the correct authorisation level. 
- Manage the procurement database 
- Monitor the delivery of imported equipment from pier/airport to project location.
